Developers may access tax concessions under the Tourism Development Act by making the appropriate application to the Ministry of Tourism. Once the required information has been submitted and the project has been approved, an Interim Approval will be granted. Final Approval for concessions will be granted on the completion of the tourism project and compliance with any conditions specified.

Once the project has been granted Final Approval and it is in compliance with relevant planning, health, fire and safety regulations, an Operating Licence will be granted. The Licence is renewable annually.
